EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchange requests in the unlikely incident we send you a faulty piece or the wrong item. An exchange is also permissible if the size does not fit you, in that case you can get your order replaced with the same item in a different size. An item cannot be exchanged for another of a different design/variety. Exchanges also depend on the availability of the given item.
RETURN POLICY
All orders non-refundable unless we accidently send you the wrong item or a defected item. In the latter case you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims made post this time period will not qualify for exchange or refund. UXM has the right to take the final decision.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel your order within 4 hours of placing your order as we are quick to dispatch orders. Cancellation attempts post this time frame will not be entertained.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash on delivery as well as credit/debit card payments through the Jazz Cash payment gateway. You must pay your due order amount in full before receiving and opening the package. Any faults, issues or concerns with the order should be channeled through our exchange/return policy once the item is paid for and in your possession.
